We stayed in this hotel for a week in their "Club" room. The room was good, warm and cosy. The room service was responsive and cleaned the room every day. The staff is professional, respectful and quick to respond to your needs. The bathroom was clean and hot water was available throughout our stay. The food delivered through room service; in their restaurant on the ground floor and in their colours lounge on the third floor was all of the good quality; although somewhat pricy by Lucknow standards. You are better off eating in a nearby restaurant. Overall, I would say I was very happy with my experience here and would stay in the Royal Inn again, when I visit Lucknow next time.

i was on a business trip to Lucknow. they gave me a quick check in, found cheerful staff, always there to support guests, good cleanliness in rooms and washrooms, all basic amenities there. beautiful bar at 3rd floor with all brands being served. will definitely recommend to others.

Very nice hotel, decent and courteous staff, bang in the vicinity of the most happening places, opposite to the sahara mall, close to the shopping centres and the wine shop is also 50 metres. famous for its quick snacks corner and royal cafe chaat.

Royal Inn is situated in the best of locations in Lucknow with almost everything within a reasonable distance. The market is right across the street with a great chat centre which is always packed. The rooftop restaurant is also good but service there is awful. Though they advertise Happy Hours all over the place , the guys at the open air pub are just not aware of it. Their behaviour is as if they are doing a favour to you that they are letting you sit there. The rooms are nice and room service is quite good as well.

Hotel Royal very sorry to say its not worth to stay if u r not in marriage function . Staff too much speak without inviting debate about politics. Rooms are old now , every thing is old now . Mattress are not good . No charging point for mobile or laptop near Bed . they have soo many banquets at each floor and all are booked for different functions , its tooooo noisy there dhol and other bad are coming inside , now imagine to your ears. they are so much money minded they are even booking bar for functions and restaurant ooopps u can not go for drink . OMG they say breakfast will start at 8 am but usually starts at 8.40 only if go and ask them to do fast . If you are in business meeting and want to go early pls arrange it yourself outside . Room service and snacks are so much 3rd Class. not even cooked properly.
