    Good place to stay if one wants to be closer eateries, shopping etc. Clean toilet, spacious rooms with lot of options as per group size. Reasonable pricing, debit card payment options, (breakfast included) food, bisleri available on demand at nominal price. Over all, great place to stay.

    The hotel is on a main road. The room and toilets are very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are varied some are super efficient some are decent. The ancillary staff like the watchman bell boy and room service staff are good. The 4 rating is for two reasons 1. The absence of an in house restaurant and bar. The have a decent room service menu though. The other reason could be that being a compact hotel does not justify a restaurant. 2. The second is tha absence of a railing to climb the stairs while entering the hotel.

    I have booked Golden Orchid through booking.com. They have arranged Airport pickup, transportation for 3 days. The staff are very friendly. This hotel is neat and clean. It has a restaurant also. Room service is also good. The location is in center of city nearer to bank atm service too.

    I visited Lucknow with my friend from 29th Oct. to 2nd November. We reached there at around 6.30am. On 29th. We were given early check in without any fuss.Sfaff were extremely curteous. Room was reasonably clean & all the facilities promised were there. Breakfast spread was quite good which also included boiled vegetables. We had a nice comfortable stay. Only suggestion is washroom at reception needs supervision O recommend people to avail this place.

    I stayed here for a business trip in Lucknow the location was not very difficult to find out but i guess they were renovating the hotel when i checked in so no name boards , complementary breakfast was OK not a very wide variety of option but sufficient enough, the room i was staying in was on the 2nd floor and i'm not sure whether there was a kitchen or not but there was always some banging noise fr the top of my room and i had hard time sleeping the hotel does not have an in house restaurant , overall for me it was a decent hotel as rooms were spacious and had all the toiletries
