    I have stayed in York 5 times in the last 5 years in different room types and I must say that the supreme room (on the 1st floor) is the most spacious but also has the most amount of traffic noise. The supreme rooms have the most room space but smaller bathrooms. We also had a freak shower that made the windows leak and the room took in some water but the staff was prompt to take action. The road opposite, the hotel is a mess because of the flyover that is being constructed. They were nice enough to agree to 3 hours delayed checkout as well, so all in all, a great choice considering the location.

    My stay was for one night from 4 to 5 may ,hotel location is very good,near to railway station,and Hanumanaji mandir,room and bathroom were neat and clean, bedsheets.towels and everything were nice.i recommend

    Very good hotel and near to station.. rooms are in good condition. evryone should visit this hotel once in time.. all staff very nice ..their services are outstnding.. i visit with my family we spend two nights

    Very poorly maintained hotel. Stayed on 19 and 20 Nov 2021 nights. Broken toilet seat, uncleaned room with dirt and hairs all around. Unwashed bedsheets, pillow covers, dirty washroom. All kind of noises reaching inside from road. First night I could not sleep as dogs were barking all night. Untrained staff, who doesn't know hospitality. Only plus is it's location as it's location in vicinity of main attractions. I won't stay again in his hotel.
