    room are good but for couples i think bed should be joining or maharaja bed. Breakfast are really very awsome. Tea was very good like as home. room service is very fast. all employees's behave are very good.

    Nicely managed the property, good hotel in mid segment, centrally located also. I was there to have a party at rooftop, everything was good, but there is too scope for betterment in food section, service is little slow, i can understand that due to corona period staffing might be reduced. Chilly paneer was so tasty. I would recomend to Mr. Prateek he was specifically taken care of us. Please do some arrangements for parking also.

    Me n my friend visited this place in February 6, I tried drums of haven, it was much delicious, I called to chef and appreciate. I must visit again, Mr. Harendra was there to take care of us with there humbelness.

    A newly constructed hotel, good location, good food, helpful staff.... the only thing lacking is the internet connection - very slow. Needs to be looked into by the management. One thing I noticed was that during my 2 day stay, the house keeping section added the toiletries on the second day despite the same being kept there. They should be guided by seniors to avoid and save on costs.

    Sales Manager Kamlesh Tiwari is very pathetic manager working in Silvete Hotel. I recommend do not GO TO Silvete hotel for any kind of room booking or function. He is not stick to his words and he misusing hotel policies to disrespect customers. He always give priority his relatives for any kind of booking.
