Room is very small but place is quiet. I paid 1700 for the room which is bit too high. I like the room service and staff. They are very helpful. They need to improve the room a little bit means make it for spacious atleast bathroom

Cosmos is a small but decent hotel. Lobby is small but neat and clean. Rooms are nice, clean and good. Breakfast served lacks variety but tasty It is near sgpgi. Service is quick. Quoted rates seems to be high otherwise good hotel.

Nice and helpful staff. Small lobby. Got to room and A\C didn’t work. Had to finally change rooms. That room worked well. Staff had to rewire TV. Restaurant was fine. Little dark in hallways. And felt nearly empty. Average budget type hotel.

Cons: 1. Wifi is slow and get disconnected at times. 2. There are always power outages throughout day (observed on a Sunday) and night, everyday. 3. There isnt heater for shower, and water can be cold in late evening. 4. Sound proof is bad. 5. It was advertised to have FREE airport transfers BUT it wasn't true!! They will charge INR 500 per trip!! 6. Booking.com has to take about a week to get a response from them to clarify about the false information they put up in the website. 7. Not all counter stuff are well verse in English. And different staff will tell you a different version of the same matter, until you seek further confirmation. 8. Do not change bed sheet or pillow cases, and some times run out of replacement towels! 9. There seems to be only ONE working iron to be shared by the entire hotel. I have to request for 2 days before they finally sent me one, and with a 'rocking' iron board. Pro: 1. The restaurant serves delicious food. However, the service of most staff, except the managers, is not up to expectation. They are not well verse in English and slow in response.
