    The front desk is quite helpful, and the rooms are also clean. But the bed linen, towels need to be cleaner. The rooms and some bathrooms had a bad and pungent odour. Even the rooms had a smoke smell which did not die away even after room freshener. The air conditioning was ineffective.

    you get a comfortable stay, average food and proximity to railway station as a solo traveler..what else can you get for this rate?..overall a nice hotel especially for a solo business traveler looking for a stay for a day or two..

    The two star I give is only because of its location (very close to Charbag station) and WiFi faculity. Apart from these two pros their is nothing good about this hotel. AC and gysers are kept for show (none of them worked during our entire stay), rooms have a bad stinking odour, bed sheets are dirty, size of cupboard is so small that u good barely keep anything inside, complementary breakfast option is extremely limited.

    They don't have a parking lot. You have to park your car beside the road. Room type is very bad, room has no window, even in toilet there was no ventilator. Small cockroaches roaming everywhere in the room. Breakfast was okay, they don't have much option for breakfast(Aloo paratha or bread). I am not satisfied and would not recommend this hotel for stay.

    The condition of the hotel is very poor. Rooms were not cleaned properly. We had to change our room because it had no hot water in the geyser. There was no soap stand in the bathing place. We even found a coakroach in our room. The bedsheets were not clean either.
