    I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were extremely delightful, efficient, pleasant and eager to help . The rooms were clean, very comfortable.Bed comfort is amazing.Food quality is also very good.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown .

    I really liked the amenities. Never underestimate the value of hot, fresh coffee in the morning, comfortable cotton bathrobes, free wifi, flat-screen TVs, and even high-end soap dispensers. Cleanliness and hygiene Food quality. Value for money. Staff Security Survillance in common area for guest safety. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request

    The management and staff took all the care to make our stay memorable. All basic amenities were provided, cleanliness was good. Food was tasty. Services were punctual. Location is near to all major tourist attractions.

    Stayed at Hotel Nexus, Lucknow in October 2021, Good hotel specious room with reasonable rate. Some pros and cons are.. Pros : All Staffs are co-operative nature and good guys specially Mr. Ashish Trivedi & Mr Ashish Bajpai, Room are well maintain, clean and hygienic, A.C., TV, geyser, Eclectic Kettle, are in working condition. Hotel is walking distance from Charbag Railway Station. Without any doubt can stay in this hotel & Perfect stay for family. Veg Foods with good taste available at Hotel with reasonable price. Cons : Although from Inside it is perfectly clean and spacious but entrance is little congested, small passage and first look from outside is not definitely judge the quality of Hotel. Rest all are good for family stay.

    One of the worst experiences in my life. Booked a 3 bedded room. Room number 320 allotted. Had slippery bathroom. Flush not working. TV and Geyser was not working. Room was stinking when i had checked in. Had to use room freshener to adjust. Over and above there are lots of mosquitoes in hotel room which will definitely annoy any guest. Staff behavior was rude. Don't just book this hotel looking at its price. There are many other good options available in same locality. Hotel Staff, Ashish Trivedi was not at all cooperative. GM Dolly and Amit Goyal only listens to your complain without any action. Net net please do not book this hotel
