I was a part of a wedding reception. My mother was feeling sick and we needed some coffee for her to calm down a bit. Pardon me if the name is wrong, but Mr. Aman (the person on shift at 9 pm on 10.02.2022) at the front desk was extremely kind. He waived off the charges considering how my mother was feeling and I am extremely gratified. Being an ex-hotelier myself, I can easily say this person will go too far if he keeps his spirits the same as they are. Thank you for the hospitality Hotel Grand JBR 😊

Check in very smooth, rooms are neat and clean, bathroom was good, food was tasty, A staff in room service name Monu was very worst in behaviour and Service, room service was some late, overall good experience. This property is purely a banquet property.

Worst F&B Service nd F&B Production department i have ever seen in so called 4 star category hotel.
Their chef nd Restaurant manager are dining for breakfast before guest as if they are in hurry that breakfast will finish off.
We requested the Front Office staff Mr.Ajay to kindly arrange for Brkfast packing (Included in our Package) on check out morning at 4:30am which he politely arranged in front of us as we were travelling from Lucknow to Shimla.
We were surprised to see the packing kitchen nd service guys did as if they were donating food to us. In big white cloth carry they threw muffins nd sandwiches without even packing them which really made worst day start ever. We showed same to front office guys nd for which he was ashamed to and we left without packaging as we dint have time to argue.
Guys atleast have respect of food and trust me being form hospitality field i feel ashamed that your kind of staff do exists.
Dont promise what you dont wish to achieve.

Room Service will serve Food without Plates & Spoons, after 2-3 reminders in next 40 mins they will provide the Same.
All Dirty Lobbies, Rooms & Restaurant Area and Sanitisation…. Hahahaha….. forget it in that property.
Housekeeping will not provide Hand-Towel after 8 requests on Reception & HK Desk.
On Reception also, they won’t pickup your Call & you have to come down from your Room for contact them.
