Hospitality at its best. Smooth check in and check out and specially the food was delicious. Mr. Bharat and their team made our stay pleasent. Room was also well cleaned and spacious. All together very nice hotel.

We were planning an intimate wedding in Lucknow for which we contacted different hotels/banquets in Lucknow. Initially we only planned to book the rooms with Elora. However, after we spoke to Bharat we were convinced that we should book the place for our other special day events as well and trust me...we did not have to regret that decision a bit. The staff was very co-operative and flexible when it came to managing our event and stay. Super supportive staff and always ready to help. Ours was a small gathering (around 15 folks) and right from the booking process to checkout everything was smooth and the staff took great care of us. They even accommodated our request to convert the boardroom into a wedding hall and after the decorations, the hall did not look like a boardroom! Apart from the rooms and other arrangements, the food was excellent and flavourful. My recommendation: Even if you are a local do visit Blue Coriander restaurant to enjoy the food. The breakfast spread (buffet) is fulfilling. Coming to the rooms and other facilities, the rooms are quite comfortable and have the required amenities like Wifi, work desk, etc. Room Service is prompt. Special thanks to Mr. Rachit Gupta, Mr. Bharat and Mr. Vishnu along with the entire team at Elora Lords for making our stay and event a memorable one. PS: It was a ‘Five star’ experience for us!! We organised a 2 days function here and at the end of it we can say that it’s a best class hotel with wonderful staff. Though it’s small and very compact rooms but nicely done. Cleaning is at par from expectations. Food and banquet services is also good. Highly recommended to everyone who are visiting Lucknow

Hotel is situated in heart of the city. Reception Desk Manager Mr. Bharat is an asset for the organization. He is always ready to help you with his staff at any point of time. I extended my trip with all the ease. Even at last day my flight was at 7 PM but checkout time mentioned was 12 PM, they extended my stay at no cost. I stayed in different 3 star to 7 star hotels pan India, but I can never forget the compassion of customer service I noticed at Elora Lords. Stay Safe and Happy Staying.
