I have been booking this hotel since last 3 years of my career with Asian Paints and it has always been a flawless booking process done by this hotel . Ankit their sales head has always been upfront even entertaining our late night bookings that we have him . This hotel has served best hygenic food to our guest. Never to forget the brekfast spread that this hotel has given us compared to what we use to get at other places before we started giving bookings here . Thanks to the whole team keys for always supporting me to make my company guest stay comfortable ever .

Uncertainty we have stay here ,I can't thought thier staff giving that much good service specially reception department I don't know the manager name but he give goot teach their team , entry time to exit time provide best guide they have . Thanks to manager helped to spend good time of our friends zone .

One night stay - 2 rooms booked online. Check in was very quick as it had already been paid for. One of the rooms had smell of cigarette smoke - requested for a change but none of the adjacent ones were vacant. Instead they offered to spray room freshener which we accepted and worked after some time. Same room also had signs of dampness/ past fungal infection on roof in room and bathroom. TV was very small. Cleanliness was mostly fine. Telephone sets were not very clean. Bathrooms have soap dispensers not soaps. Otherwise pretty much standard features of budget hotel. Staff was very good and helpful.
