I stayed here with the family for 3 days. The stay was very comfortable and the staff is extremely warm and caring. Facility is good and well maintained. Mr. Ganesh, ms Deepti and mr. Nitin took Ghos care and Mr. Brahma also ensured complete comfort.

Had visited the place for dinner during our stay at Mahabaleshwar and as always the food here never disappoints you. We ordered for tomato and man manchow soup which was served with complimentary papad and chutney to start with. For the main course we ordered mix vegetable, paneer pasanda, dal tadka with tawa chapati and butter naans. We enjoyed our meal and this place has become a must go for us whenever visiting Mahabaleshwar... keep it up guys!!

I stayed here with my family for 3 days. The place is quaint, peaceful and very calm. It has an old colonial style architecture which is refreshing and pleasantly different from other resorts. The resort is like A R Rehman's music, at first you are not exactly impressed with it but as time goes by it starts to grow on you big time. Overall there is scope of improvement in many areas where the resort should be maintained much better to give that fancy feeling. The food is just about ok, they should do more on the variety of the breakfast spread and the quality of the food. Overall Verdict: This is a nice and peaceful resort. You will have a good time with your loved ones. The resort should brush up on the general features and this will become an almost perfect place to spend your vacation.

It was a two day stay, First day was disastrous as i booked through Agoda i guess i was nor prioritized, i had book more than a week in advance, still i was given the smallest room on that's fine but AC no working after complaining about it the checked it and told it cannot be repaired and room was changes. Second room we kept our luggage and went out when we came back in evening the room was smelling bad. after complain they got it cleaned but the Housekeeping guest told that it the Drainage blockage that's why its smelling. after our dinner we went back in room and could not be in it was bad. Told the duty manager to change the room it was 11:30 at night he said no room is vacant and he offered room freshener. we cant sleep he too agreed that it was extremely bad. after about 20 min he came back and gave a another room which too had some issue but at least we could sleep. Next day as i had booked a jr suite i shifted there. I informed this to manager, he heard all and told me he will look into this. next day i checked out non of the people apologized nor and regret of the inconvenience i had. Before leaving i spoke to Manger again on the issue he said he got our room changed which was not the case i had booked superior room for second night. Than he did apologized and said he can give us lunch on the house and all this after we complain. This is not acceptable by any standard from a good property like Citrus. Extremely disappointed with the room issue and stay. Property is good but so many minnor issue in rooms which not rectified.

Pathetic Experience!!! Citrus should award their Reservation team for being the rudest staff in the entire hospitality industry. Call them for booking and they will commit one price and in mail they will send a confirmation for a higher amount. If we had failed to check the confirmation throughly, we would have been cheated once we would have gone there. And the end moment where else would you get an accommodation. When confronted, they will reply with rudeness. They tone and the pitch of the voice they take up with the customers is unacceptable. And special mention to the lady named Puja of the reservation team for being outrageously rude and having the most pathetic attitude. Thankfully did not end up booking with them. Please do not fall for this deceitful hotel. Beware!
