This should be consistently awarded 5* but I can only award it 3* on this occasion. We were the first to arrive for breakfast so were very disappointed that the hot food was only lukewarm or cold! The bar service was terrible. We had far too long to wait to be served and even longer to then get our drinks. Management need to do spot checks on both the food temperature and the service speed of staff. The resort looks lovely and our huge spacious rooms with a balcony were excellent.

Stayed there for 2N/3D,booked this resort since we dint had other options available due to peak season but in the end we regretted our decision,the property needs serious improvements in terms of room service.Even the maintenance is also very poor.Seriously not recommended for families.

This has by far been the worst hotel I have ever visited. Horrible service, extra dirty rooms, broken walls, stinky toilets. I will not advice anybody to go to this place. They also didn't return the money back that they promised us!!.. so don't rely on them at all!!

We stayed at this resort for only 1 day even though we booked for 3 days due to its very poor maintenance during Dec'12. Since we are from Mumbai, it was easier to cancel and come back. The non a/c cottages have some semblance of maintenance, whereas the others have not been maintained at all. The fellow Sumit Gunjani speaks on phone nicely but don't get duped. The location is very good but looks like it has has limited patronage for a long time. Please do not get fooled and go there with plans for stay for more than 1 day

A Request to ppl lookin for affordable and decent resorts in mahableshwar not to ever choose Strawberry country resort. . the website fools us with good piks of rooms and swimming pool . . .reality is something else only. . .the place firstly doesnt have a porper reception nor any good infrastructure . .Instead its as good as a haunted bunglow. . the rooms are terrible with windows broken , improper flooreing and the poorest of services ever. . the swimming pool is especially made for ppl to suffer from skin allergies. . the water is full of fungus . .ugly rooms , worst service ever. . .caution for family oriented ppl---never ever take a risk of choosing strawberry country resort as it is very un safe for anyone especially women. . .had worst of my life experiences hence a wise advise rest its your choice. . thank you. . .
