Very good service by the hotel luxury experience at very economical price staff has done good prince sir and vidit has done great job . Priyam has done well in housekeeping terms and give us all the amenities.

Visited Manali on 12-Nov-21 and stayed for 3 nights in Primo Resort. The property is a spacious 18 room with one of the best view from its balcony. In basement it has proper car parking. We stayed for 3 days and believe me it is one of the finest hospitality we enjoyed. From food, hospitality, amenities, housekeeping everything was best in class. Bedroom, Washroom requires special mention which were big and very clean. A special thanks to Mr. Thakur, General Manager who upgraded our last day's stay from Super Deluxe to Premium Room on same price which we felt privileged. I wish Primo Resort all the very best and keep up the good work !!

Located in the midst of woods & mountains, One of the best 4-star hotel which can be a great choice for the family as well as bachelor. Starting from the hotel, to room, the food, the view, room service & everything, Without doubt one of the satisfying hotels. To be honest, it’s not that huge but it was really worth the stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, that was so respectful. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was so flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had a great time here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Manali. Amazing!!🎊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its glad to allounce that one of the best trip in the Manali with my Family really enjoyed the things adventure camp ,snow in mountain is really nice ,,but as per hospitality side Mr Vishal and Sir Nariender is so nice humble, polite and courteous God bless them its nice to stay with Primo hotels I really recommended this to other Team front office diwan is so helpful and nice stay blessed all the team ,,See u soon

Visited manali for 3nights on 24.12.2019 n stayed in primo resort, check in was smooth, hotel has nice view of mountains, good service, food was OK, breakfast was good, we stayed in premium room beautiful views from room.
