It was an amazing stay we wish for snowfall and found the same hotel staff was very professional and informed us about snow 🌨️ fall. It's 9 kilometres away from the traffic of Mall road with excellent view. We recommend to those people whoever wants to stay away from the mall road and hassle-free of trafic and wants best view. 7 stars 🌠 from our side 👍. Thanks to Sarthak resort for amazing stay.

We visited this hotel through collegues. We planned for manali trip then they suggested this place is best in manali. Must say here food is excellent best in manali, ambience and service too.. I say Oncw you visit manali muat stay here in Sarthak hotel.

Stayed for three days with family. It was a great stay overall. Rooms - excellent with 24*7 hot water Food - don’t know. We always preferred outside local food. Service- good. Needs bit of improvement. Staff is great. Lots of nearby places to visit from hotel.

The worst part of our trip was our unfortunate stay at sarthak resorts. We booked a deluxe room with pine view. Now no where do you get a know that deluxe room is the basic room of this hotel. Then why name it deluxe. The worst customer service and hotel staff. Manish the front desk manager and his boss no experience in dealing with their guests. The food is worse than any roadside cart food. The time stink, washroom smells. The linen smelt off oil. The bed had no bed spread and it looked, felt and smelt like someone just jumped out of the same bed. The lift was leaking while we in it. The hotel corridors were unkept. Would never expect hotel service to be like this. This is a busy place where they have numerous tourists visiting. That's the reason for them not to care about cleanliness nor their guests.. Exorbitant food prices for food that has turned bad and is served in dirty plates. Please stay at camps in tents or at a locals house and do not go to this place. This experience spoilt my entire trip. Room number 309 and 308. This hotel is rated at 3 stars. I wouldn't give it even one star.

While I am writing this review I am aware of the fact that how important it is for such destination hotels to have positive reviews for their business but I cannot lie and give them a rating and review just to make them happy. My review and rating needs to be honest and justified. To start with - Sarthak Resort is a Hotel for budget travelers with beautiful location and view from rooms. But this is the only Positive aspect about this place. Now for your convenience sake, let me enumerate the Pros and Cons about this place: Pros: 1. Good Location which is away from the crowd of Mall Road. 2. Somewhat polite reception staff. Cons: 1. If you want to visit any place outside Khaknal in Manali you have to plan in advance as this place is 8 kms away from Manali, Mall road. It is very expensive to hire a cab each time you want to visit any place, The Alto Taxi guy will ask for minimum 500 - 700 Rs to drop you at Mall Road. 2. The rooms are not maintained at all. You could see Plasters from the wall coming off at many places, Nails protruding out of Wooden Floors, Dirty Bed Linen, Smelly Curtains. Smelly Bathroom where showers wont work. 3. Absolute absence of Housekeeping staff. 4. Awful food quality at exorbitant high price. 5. Extremely dirty Kitchen. I have clicked photographs of their kitchen, which I would like to upload but couldn't find the link here to upload them. 6. Very unfriendly and rude Kitchen Staff who are extremely inefficient in their service. In a nutshell, this is a hotel which claims to be one of the finest but as per my experience I had one of my worst holiday stay at this place.
