this hotel is a must to visit.. i recommend it to all who visit manali me n my friends stayed here for just one day but we wished we could stay more but the booking were full the best in all services 5/5 its a budget hotel which i got beey cheap at huge discounts but the rooms and cooperative behaviour of the hotel staff was best im class its just a 3-4 mins walking distance from mall road with their private parking so most important problem is solved and a person should visit this❤️

the hotel is near to manali mall road.my review is good about this hotel this good in location,just near to gurudware and market.the view from the hotel is awesome and the main thing is that it is very cheap as compare to other property.the room are not so good but average but excepting all things are valuable.the staff is also good.

The view from the window was amazing, it is just next to hadimba temple which saved our time for travelling lots of other things nearby to explore like maggi points and stalls for shopping.The food we had was good in taste and value for money, they treated us warmly and the service by them was lovely, even they helped us in booking car for rohtang pass as we were not aware about the procedure of visiting rohtang pass.

Hotel Hilltop is good location in Manali. Rooms are clean & maintained. Drinking water(aqua guard or any filtered) is not available. Wifi is not available in room. Nice weather is in durga puja.. Food service is very costly.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights on 1st and 2nd march 2016 and was alloted room no 105 which faces the road and has an average view. Please note that the hotel is at the far end of the manali and very far from main manali bus stand/market. Most the rooms on second and first floor are surrounded by other buildings and have no great views. There terrace is well decorated and offers some great views No lift in this hotel makes the rooms on the terrace offering good views but difficult to reach. The linen in my room was not changed and full of stains. I had to request them to give me a washed and ironed bed linen. The changed linen was also no better was certainly used beyond its normal life. The towels were washed and ironed but so old that I just could not use it. On the day of my departure, although I had told them of my time of departure which was 2 PM in the day, they informed me that their car which is supposed to PROVIDE FREE PICK AND DROP FACILITY TO THE BUS STAND WAS NOT AVAILABLE. Most shocking and insulting was the suggestion that I should take an auto and which would cost me Rs.150/- . The food was certainly good and the staff behaviour average and certainly not curteous. The wifi was there but offering very very poor signals and was as good as non existant. I would recommend this hotel for only a budget tourist who can cope up with unclean and rooms and toilets.
