I stayed at Holiday Resorts & Cottages for a week in February. The view from their rooms is breathtaking. Their staff is so warm and courteous - they often go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. Special shout-out to Monica and Mahima! Room service is on point. And not to forget, their in-house restaurant has great food. I would recommend Holiday Resorts & Cottages to absolutely anyone who wants to visit Manali!

The hotel and room is nice and cozy. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. They are very humble and ready for help. The rooms have awesome uninterrupted views of mountains from the balcony. Room amenities are up to the mark. The restaurants have nice choices of menus and delicious food. Hotel provides complimentary pickup and drop facility to the Bus stand. Cons: The property is a little bit far from Mall road but one can get conveyance easily or a hotel can arrange one. Hotel Restaurant takes a long time to serve the order. My initial plan was to stay in the hotel for 2 days but I have to extend it for 2 more days due to bad weather and I really enjoyed 4 days staying in the hotel.

We stayed in Holiday resorts for 3 days as family of 6 members, Below are the pros and cons of the property. Pros: 1. Clean , hygienic and properly sanitized property. 2. Stunning view from room and balcony. 3. Buffet breakfast and dinner of both veg and nonveg is tasty and hygiene - which is very rare to find in these areas. 4. Hospitality and gesture was awesome especially Mrs. Monica and jittu. 5.24/7 room service. Cons: 1. Property is 4km away from mall road, better to have your private vehicle for emergency purpose, However property is providing their vehicle for emergency purpose and drop to mall. Excellent Stay, we had very good time in Manali our stay in hotel Holiday Resort was awesome view from our room was very beautiful it was like heaven on earth, staff are very nice,rooms were awesome and food was also very tasty
Great hotel but poor service

I booked this hotel for my parents for 3 nights on 29th Jan to 31st Jan. I booked this hotel looking to the good review but unfortunately had a bad experience. Room had only 2 charging points including electric kettle, if you want to use electric kettle then you need to change the place from its original place to charging place, I have seen such arrangement for the first time only. Wifi was not working. Breakfast timing was not adhered. Also breakfast was tasteless.
