Kamay The Serenity Resort & Spa

The serenity Resort at Manali has been a Wonderful experience for stay.... neat and clean rooms....good room size and decent amenities. Good and helpful staff....food is delicious .....I enjoyed the secenery of this resort .... Mr. Pawan is very nice & helpful. Thank you the serenity team....

Stayed in this property almost a year back(probably mid March). That time the temp dropped in last year. We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms have a wooden decor. Decent in size. Location was a little away from the heart of Manali city but somewhere in between mountains on a Highway. We had a rain filled night followed with a full moon night and it was beautiful. Food is decent. No such shops around.

We visited in the month of Aug'19 & stayed for 4 nights. Being a off season manali is not much crowded as so hotels, however we booked this hotel with high cost, looking at the reviews online. No doubt hotel is good and provide amazing/beautiful views of hills/waterfall from rooms, but the services like spa, games room, gym, variety of morning/evening buffet etc are not at all available... Below are Pros & Cons.... Pros: 1. Good hotel & great location. 2. Beautiful views from hill side rooms. 3. Beautiful & spacious rooms with big balconies 4. Humble & trained staff, specially housekeeping & restaurant staff are really keen to serve you. 5. Clean & maintained common area. Cons: 1. Price is too high for the amenities provided by hotel. Strictly less than 3 star hotel. 2. If you ask for dental kit or shaving kit, there we clearly say you, sir we don't provide these things. I mean what is the value of dental kit. 3. Don't expect refund of single penny if you cancel your booking. 4. Buffet is strictly average, will cover only basic needs. Forget about luxury, you will not get a mediocre buffet. 5. There nothing called resort, its simply a hotel and too without Spa. 6. Games room is there but it is closed for infinite time. 7. Forget about gym or health club. 8. No entertainment activities are provided by hotel. Overall an average hotel with good location & spacious/beautiful views rooms but way to costly for what it offers... One more thing if you are travelling in hot season, there is not fans available in rooms, AC??? Forget it? NO AC at all...

Very disappointing - there is no resort or spa or health gym. According to management this incorrect information was not posted on their website - true, yet the name, and many third party reviews, imply that resort and spa facilities are currently available. A very average hotel, approximately 25 minutes drive from Manali. Rooms OK, service average, nice little bar area, and large outdoor deck area. Possibly great for honeymoon couples wishing peace and quiet, but otherwise stuck in rural outskirts of Manali. Much better places closer to Manali at lower price. Clean, presentable, safe, with pleasant staff. It should remove the "resort and spa" from its name - truth in advertising !!.

Food was worst and services was Pathetic….Pls don’t go with this hotel…After complaining the same staff is arrogant and not well mannered….even you are not allowed for ordering evening snacks bcz they have limited staff…. Our trip was ruined by their behaviour…they have not accepted their cons…
