My stay here was awesome. Rooms very well maintained and cleanliness was great. Staff especially Mr. sunny was very cooperative. Hotel just walking distance for Mall Road and Gurudwara. Overall great experience. Nice Hotel with affordable rates.

We stayed in Hotel in end of june-19. The service is good. staff is cooperative specially Mr. Sunny on reception. I accidently transferred double room rent in their bank account and Mr. Sunny immediately refunded the same even after lapse of 15 days. Hotel is near to mall road. only 5 minute walking distance from mall road.

Very excellent hotel and good services and good behaviour of staff at hotel vikrant inn this is one of the best hotel in manali.location is good but food taste is very poor,coffee was good almost 300-350 from mall road

Though the hotel has nice views the hotel has damp walls and is toooo cold in cold weather. The room service is OK nothing to boast off. The hotel is situated near Mall road Manali. The food is costly.

The hotel is quite near to mall road, but very poorly maintained. The bathroom was not clean and they served stale bread for breakfast. I visited this hotel based on Tripadvisor ratings. The Vikrant hotel managed by the same group was even horrible. I don't recommend these two.
