Visited this resort with my family for a long weekend stay. The visit was totally awesome including service, staff and food. The property is also very beautiful. Like the service from Mr. pankaj alot. He was very polite and good.

I stay here for 3 nights, little bit away from mall road approx 2 KM, resort is on manali highway, beautiful view of mountains from rooms, Best thing about this hotel is room and very tasty food with lots of variety, when i stay here it is fully packed , shows it is popular hotel, Mr. somnath sharma in cratering is very good taking care of all the guest , very polite person, Hotel has billiard's , carom room . lawn for kids, wifi , hot water 24hr, my family enjoyed a lot here, rooms are good and spacious , view from room balcony is fabulous. So it is very good hotel for family stay.

We visited Manali in the mid-February 2022. The rooms were cozy, warm with most of amenities available for the guest. The hotel was flexible to provide early check in and let check out which was really really helpful. The food was great and hospitality provided by their was top notch. Thus making our stay very enjoyable and memorable. I would very much like to thank to Mr. Sandeep. Must stay hotel @ Manali.
