I stayed here for 3 Nights in December. The rooms are really spacious, clean & complete with each & every amenities. I would mention Housekeeping for placing some amenities like Vanity Kit, Shaving Kit & Multipurpose Kit which are available only in 5star category hotels. I loved to see such high class standard here. Front office team is fantastic & is one point contact for any help related to not just hotel but to city too. F&B is just awesome in service, courtesy, room service & presentation. Chef are core professional as they prepare Jain food for Us with utmost North Indian & South Indian Taste. Where as we were hard to find jain food with awesome taste. If U choose to stay here then Must Meet Mr.

We are 2 families (5 adults and 3 kids) and visited Manali in second week of August and stayed in Fog Hills Cottage for 4 nights. We went with good trip advisor reviews, but this place turned out to be far better than our expectations. Fog Hills Cottages provides us one of the finest stay and a great holiday experience of our life. From start to end it was an amazing experience. :) The Location: The most prominent positive point of this property is its location. This cottage is situated in Prini village, besides security gate of Allain Duhangan Hydropower Plant. It is approx. 4.5 km away from Mall Road. located at unique place from where you can enjoy 360-degree view from each corner of this cottage. No doubt it is one of the best accommodations in Manali. Very nice location at the starting point of Hampta Pass Track. It is surrounded by very beautiful apple orchards. The Property: Our whole family will definitely be going to cherish each moment of our stay in Fog Hills Cottage for whole life. It is one of the best properties in Manali offering the best views of Mountain peaks, valley views and Manali town all at one place. Built in traditional himachali style, it makes you feel Royal and welcomed. The property is beautiful with nice landscapes, architecture and surroundings. The cottages are luxurious, spacious rooms and large windows, a lot of care, attention and money has been spent on making everything feel very high quality in all areas - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Everything feels very royal and is spotlessly clean. All rooms and cottages of this property offers breath-taking views of snow-capped peaks and valley. You can see the entire city of Manali and beyond and also gorgeous views of Pir Panjal snow peaks. As we visited Manali in mid-August which happens to be Apple plucking season, we got the opportunity to witness full blossom of apple orchards all around the cottage. View from garden was awesome and breath-taking and our kid enjoyed a lot in garden. Awesome place to stay with all facilities and very good staff. It is an excellent cottage in all aspects, be it service, location, food & cleanliness. Accommodation: We have booked 2 BHK independent cottage on 2nd floor. it has 2 large bedrooms with attached washrooms, 1 big living cum dining and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony adjoining both bedrooms and hall. Rooms and common areas are both equally clean and well organized. All the rooms have wooden floor and exquisite wooden interiors and ceiling. The overall comfort level we experienced here was better than at many star rated hotels and that too at a very reasonable price. Staff & Services: Entire staff of Fog Hills is fantastic. Friendly, polite and very helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel at Home rather than at a hotel / resort. Their service, & cleanliness is excellent. We Haven't seen a more courteous staff in any other hotel of this range. Thoroughly professional and accommodative towards any requests made. There is nothing better than people who genuinely cares about you. During our stay in Fog Hills, we feel friendly environment whether it was lobby, reception or restaurant. High praises and special mention of their housekeeping team members – Ishwar , Deshraj , Vijay , Seeta and Geeta for their hard work to keep our cottage and entire property spotlessly clean and hygenic. The manager of the cottage Mr. Heeralal Thakur is very professional and helpful person. Hiralal Ji and his team efforts must be appreciated for excellent upkeep and maintenance of the property. We just talked to him over phone and done the booking. We didn’t pay him even a penny till the end of our stay and never did he call us once during our stay of 5 days regarding the bill payment. We have settled all the bills at the time of checkout. Heera Lal Ji also helped us with the travel arrangements. We booked Innova taxi for our complete tour. The taxi was owned and driven by Mr. Surinder Sharma (9418206009). He is a very nice person, extremely skilled and knowledgeable driver. Highly recommended for all your travel requirements across HP. Food: As we have booked on EP plan, we have taken a la carte breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. The food was very fresh and delicious I feel that this review becomes a bit lengthy, but I couldn’t stop myself in highlighting all the exceptional points that may help fellow travellers. It will definitely going to surpass all your expectations. All in all, you can blindly book this property for your vacations and take my words you will never regret this decision. Launch pad for a Manali - Saach Pass - Dharamshala bicycle ride. The proprietor Khem Raj Thakur Ji and his crew are extremely hospitable, rock-solid, very experienced. Khem Ji organises and provides logistics for treks and bicycle tours of varying intensity - from beginner level to out and out brutal 😊. If you like trying local food, ask for 'lingdi-ka-achar' (fern / fiddle head pickle). And oh, the food is delicious. The chef made us apple crumble (or was it strüdel)? Whatever, it was yummy. Local apples (August-September) = fram to fork / orchard to tum.

Hospitality is top notch! The director of the hotel Mr. Khem Raj Thakur was very helpful and kind to all of us. The breakfast spread was good. The aesthetic sense of the hotel was amazing. The staffs and service are great and the room is spacious. I would like to be back.

Had been there for 4nights in Diwali 2021. Its 15 mins drive and about 4 kms from mall road(measured it ! )This is more suitable if you have your own car or hired a personal taxi. Othewise public transport is hard to get and taxis there charge hefty. Dont expect it to be a resort type with ample common space and big kids area. This one is a typical boutiqe hotel but worth it if you prefer them. And most of the time we are out for toursist activity during the day. The stay was overall very smooth. Stayed in suite rooms. Standard rooms are also good but small. Dont know why they dont keep kitchen open in suite rooms. Everything is as shown in pictures. The rooms & bathrooms are modern & very well furnished and maintained. The AC/Heater was additional plus to keep the room hot and temperature controlled. Service/housekeeping was very quick and staff were co-operative. They provided hot water flasks as and when required. Appreciable duing winters. No complains. Everything was smooth. The view from suite rooms was very good. Infact you get almost the same view from all the adjacent hotels on that road. Did not try their food. Would surely recommend for a pleasant stay.
