We had booked rooms at meluha the Fern for my daughter's wedding. Right from Mr Elroy from sales everyone made our stay and event a memorable one. The banqueting staff was very helpful special thanks to Chef Dipen Banerji, Mr Akash Tiwari and his staff. The service was faultless and the food lip smacking. Our in house guests enjoyed the vast breakfast spread at Tiara that was included in our room package. The housekeeping staff was always ready to help us out. Special thanks to Vaishali Sinha Overall definitely a good choice for our special event. Thank you all the staff of Meluha the Fern. And all of the planning was done online. Yet the event was absolutely amazing

The food and service at Meluha is excellent. The food is delicious. The staff is very courteous. My family enjoyed the evening. Special mention to the Chef Parimal Sawant, his team and Rajendra (staff) for the hospitality.

Was an a short business trip and they made it very comfortable upgrading me to a better room. Moreover the experience was bigger and better when after coming back to home I realized I left something at the jotel. The Team Meluha specially Mr. Suraj ensured that was couriered to me and ensured delivery within two days. That's called customer centric attitude. Strongly recommended

Meluha is not just a hotel for vacation but also a great place for business people to stay. Their core strength lies with the employees who are corona warriors too. I have been staying with them from the first unlock and they make no compromise on safety without infringing into your privacy. Some of their key employees are duty manager Ms.sunitha Mr.Monty and Ranjan. Ever ready to attend to your issues even if it goes beyond the call of their duty including attending on your laundry needs. Chef Parimal and his sous chefs who make customised food on request making us feel at home. Front office pranik Aishwarya who never have shyed away from attending on to housekeeping or dine in related issues too. Housekeeping team ever ready to clean your room which always was in a mess led ably by a lady whose name I am unable to recollect. Gym instructors Narendar does not mind being a concierge if needed. Overall a place to stay and enjoy working . Great location. Value for money.

Every aspect of the hotel i had reviewed before and I continue to do so. Great hospitality credit goes to the courteous staff . Only disapointment is with reservations who sometimes do not value the customers patronized this hotel during pandemic. Ofcourse execptions are there like Monty and Sunitha. Even the security staff are trained well. Hats off to chef parimal and his team whho make homely food for you.
