Great place to stay with very friendly and welcoming staff. Efficient management and nice ambience, also the food is very tasty and of excellent quality. Overall it was a nice and quality experience staying here.

The property is really good and the staff is very professional. Prem and Suman Ji attended me during my stay there and both are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place and people.

Outside food is not allowed so I ordered chicken pizza (as I was very hungry) and hoping it will arrive quickly but it came in 50min. And it was tasteless and saltless. And the price was f**king Rs.400+GST. Even in this cost dough is not freshly made. When I went to complaint this to manager he was in call so I waited after sometime but he was still on call so sits besides him for dinner but he never came to ask me the issue. Negatives: 1. Even you unintentionally order outside foor you have to eat in roadside they won't allow to enter. 2. Many days when I came back from work towel is not there. 3. Dinner buffet is really bad you just have to eat because there is no other choice. 4. First time in my experience nobody attended call in reception and its not just happened one time. There was a time when I called 4 time continuously and nobody answered the call. 5. The reception lady was quite rude. 6. They won't fill basic toiletries if you are staying more the a night. 7. Many times things you asked come very late even you are late for your work. Positives: 1. Very few staff is helpful. 2. Breakfast buffet is fairly good.
