Was a great experience. The staff are very professional and pay attention to details. Especially Kishan. Was so helpful and went out of his way to help secure a flight to New Delhi when i was having difficulty booking. Thanks to Hotel Silver Inn. Can't wait for my next experience when i visit India again

Hotel silver inn we checked in yesterday the front office staff karthik helped us with early check in and gave us a very nice room. The manager on duty Chetan was very polite and helped us with every thing. The other reception boy Kishan guided us with a very nice south Indian restaurant
In all this hotel is the best and tries to make all its staff happy

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, the hotel is located on Marol Maroshi road.
The check in took a lot of time and the staff need to be groomed. The room was decent and the linen was clean.
A lot of repair work was going in the hotel and hence some disturbance.
Breakfast was totally I'll managed, at times no bread, no butter etc. The staff was not at all energetic.
For tea we had to ask them thrice and even after waiting for 15 min, no one served it.
We decide to skip it.

Ac was not working.
Exhaust fan was not working.
Mattress springs were coming out.
Towel, quilt, pillow cover were torned.
Bed side table was stinky.
Hair was found in tea cup first day and in pao bhaji second day breakfast.
In breakfast you will find only poha, watermelon, tea utpam.
We have complained during our stay 14th march to 16th march many times. But Hotel staff was is not concerned about it

This must be the worst experience I have ever had. I asked them to provide a wifi password in which they took more than 1hr to provide the password. On top of that I checked in at the morning and asked the password by afternoon. The reception staff said he need to update the details and he took half of the day to update the details.
When i call them for assistance they’ll not even listen and even hangup the call on their guest.
This kind of hospitality is not acceptable.
