Loved how beautifully the interiors are as well as the the entrance looks very pretty. The room is quite cozy and the view is directly the main road which is nice. Overall a very good experience. There is variety of food option available on the menu. The food can be better.

I stayed in dragonfly the art hotel for 3 nights dated 4th September 2021-7th September 2021. According to the hotels visitor policy Visitors are generally allowed to meet guests in the guest rooms during the day from 0900 hrs. to 2200 hrs. A colleague (female) was not permitted entry whereas a male relative of mine was allowed twice. When the manager at the reception was asked about this he replied in a very inappropriate way and said "she's a female" and asked me to pay another 1500 INR. When asked about the written visitor policy he clearly declined and said there is no written document. The colleague had travelled a long way. This incident happened at 3:00 post lunch. This behaviour is very unexpected as she was stopped in the hotel lobby and was made to wait until we came down. I believe this was an issue of mentality of the manager and nothing else. Regards
