We had a relaxing time during our stay at the retreat. A special mention of Mr. felix from tangerine cafe and Mr. Amirali from reservations for the extra effort in making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We were here for a family wedding and we were pleased with our stay here. Very nice location and view with friendly staff who came almost immediately when called to the room. A big thanks to Mr Vijay Pagare, his team and the chef and his team for all their organising and tasty food. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms need a refurbishment and new plumbing. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend.
Pathetic Service

First of all, the hotel has pathetic service, the fridge was not working, the service was awfully slow, even the basic amenities were chargeable and even for packaged drinking water, it was chargeable. Every service is slow. To get a bucket of ice, it took them 6 hours and 4 phone calls to deliver it. They say they’re a 5-star hotel, however they don’t even belong to 1-star hotel. One of the worst experience I had.
Horrible place with zero hospitality

Please do not plan your visit at a to this most inhospitable place. After fasting for the whole day, i have visited this place for business. I reached only at night 12:30. The hotel staf tells me they can give me only 2 bottles of mineral water of half a litre. Beyond which I will be charged. I am shocked at this inhuman behaviour. 2 people staying in a room and all you get is only a 500ml bottle for the day. Moreover, they charge you 125 rupees per bottle for the additional ones. The least i could expect is some courtesy from the hotel staff considering its summer time and also the fact I have been fasting and traveling the whole day to reach this horrible place. I wish I could give a zero star.

Unprofessional Staff. First property who provides world's funniest ever hosting rules as, Breakfast timing is 7 to 10.30am & Check out time is 10am. Ratna the receptionist delivered this statement while asking before checkout. Bedsheets and comforter Lenin is unhygienic, not cleaned properly. Options in the Breakfast was also not uptomarks. Due to poor management and rude behavior of staff is hampering brand image of property.
