Great ambiance.one of such nice budget hotel. The hospitality was really good. Good supportive staffs . Rooms are clean and neat.both airport are very close.locality is up to the mark. Overall good bugdet hotel. Good .

The only advantage of Hotel Planet Plaza is its proximity to the Mumbai International Airport, which gets it some customers. The place itself is not worthy of being called a hotel; it's more a lodge. The reception is just a desk at the entrance and nothing more. It's a single storey building, with around 8-10 rooms. The rooms were small and barely enough space to fit in two beds. The lighting was dim, so even at 9 in the morning, the room would be pitch dark, without switching on the tube light. The facilities were extremely basic and the service was nothing good either. For breakfast, there was only bread butter and bread omelette with tea. For someone who is looking to catch a flight and just needs to spend the night, this is ok, otherwise, it can easily be avoided.

This hotel is close to International Airport. Do not expect any professional service. It is very basic with very small rooms often just enough to accomodate your overseas luggage. Room service is very poor. Rooms can be smelly. Approach is not too pleasant. Just good for a few hours of transit stay to & from International airport.

What was seen as offered on the website is contrary to what you get when you arrive at the hotel. The reception is a counter compared what was shown. The rooms are filthy and the walls flaking and patches here and there. There is a bad stench in the rooms and the sheets are not laundered and some hair can be seen. Basically the place has misrepresented itself to provide what was shown to advertise on their website.
