    Kudos to Chef Nilesh and vividh for making an exceptionally good cake for my special day. Everyone at the party loved the lip smacking cake and were relishing it. I would also like to thank Priyanka Govil for getting such a beautiful cake curated . Thankyou!

    I stayed for only one night for a business trip. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel was great. The service at the cocktail hour from Pratik and Prasad was excellent. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again. Also the area (BKC) is quiet and nice.

    It was amazing and everything went perfect. Every staff was accommodating and courteous. All the facilities were excellent and worth the money you spend. Will defined spend time again at this facility and would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel in Mumbai. I have stayed here before many times but this time after pandemic I have noticed few facilities were reduced (especially in room facilities) which is sad. For example the coffee machine, the suit cover, the loofa in the bathroom to name a few. Hope you understand these little things do make a difference.

    Worst accor hotel experience.. Booked club room and normal room was given with no club floor and lounge access.. Such shady practices are not expected from Accor group.. Can totally understand why this hotel has such bad reviews .. Had to book because the other hotel was in bio bubble .. suggestion for everyone not to book this hotel .. Accor group should disassociate with such hotel
