I stayed in the hotel three days ,very fast service , delicious food ,staffs are very Close to customers ,good taken care of customers in their hotel ,nice work team ,keep it shine always to take care of your potential guests for your future bookings

Had a very nice & comfortable stay, the rooms are clean & hygienic. Mr. Pritam is at the reception is exceptionally good. He upgraded our room for second time, as we were staying for 3 days.The restaurant staff and Mr.Romeo are very helpful the food is also good. Recommend you to stay at place.

Slow and careless, I shall sum up my review in these 2 words. Having reached early, we had to wait for couple of hours in the lobby and the lobby was not only.occupied by guests but some great number of mosquitoes. I 1st informed the lady at front office to use some spray to drive mosquitoes away but it felt like she was breeding those mosquitoes as she totally ignored my request, then I informed another gentleman to use the spray and that request also was ignored. The next morning, I asked for fresh towel, iron and oron board but iron and towel manufacturing unit at the hotel was so slow that I got delayed for my meeting. I ordered Singapore fried rice, please don't even ask me how the taste was; nothing close to good. The funniest part was, they gave us 2 small sachets of soya sauce and 1 sachet of red chilli sauce, the size of those sachets for a bowl fulll of rice was as good as useless. I think even my cat back home would eat more rice with those sachets than what we could eat. Sachets??? Seriously bawa hotels??? I only wish to Thank Aniket Nadkarni of Bawa hotels for an early check in. Bawa hotels, you gotto pull up your socks or you wil lose the game; too much competition. Regards Surajj Palekar

Overall room quality and product this hotel provides is good. Rest in terms of hospitality they will need a huge improvement. Paid extra for an upgrade and was ready to pay for late checkout as well but there was no support extended from the lobby manager (duty manager) Including the staff at the front desk. Instead, I got a reminder to vacate the room as it will allotted to another guest and they need to sanitise it. I mean seriously? I come from hotel background and I know in and around about the hospitality but still I kept all the respect did not even asked for any freebies and was ready to Pay for all the services. One horrible part of the room was I found some undergarments left in the wardrobe by the previous occupant and that room was allotted to me in this covid times I wonder what kind of sanitisation standards are being followed. Disappointed with the attitude toward a guest and all the above mentioned points as I travelled to celebrate birthday but overall experience was not at all great.

rude staff at reception specially a guy ..... made me wait for more than 30min for check in ... they dnt give any housekeeping service for one night stay..... not allowing visitors.... even house keeping assistant rude on call.. will not recommend anyone i checked out on same day after payed for 1 night
