In terms of the hospitality I must say Hotel team is very prompt and guest oriented. The property gives a vibe of home cozyness which will never make you feel if you are in a hotel . I would also like to thank the entire kitchen team who took care of my dietry requirements . I will definetly come back during my next visit to Mumbai .

We went for dinner in Vihara, was awesome. Worth spending money. We ordered Puri Bhaji and some Juices which were awesome.... Rather spending bomb in luxury hotels it's worth spending in hotels luke these.........,.............................................................................................

Stayed a night at this hotel and was a positive experience overall. The room was quite spacious and clean and had a good feel about it overall. It had all the basic amenities one would expect in such a hotel. However, the selling point of this hotel is the bathtub. I am not sure if they have one in all the rooms or they provided us with one upon my request but it was a nice surprise to have! The room service is a bit sloppy and could do with a bit more professionalism. One normal order of lunch/dinner and they had to ring the bell at least 3 times when they could have brought it in one go itself. Even while ordering for the breakfast, they called me up three times and had to repeat the same order thrice. The staff though is extremely polite and courteous. Good and a positive stay, would recommend!

Just an average hotel. Bathroom was like a cave. Small and suffocating. I felt a bad small throughout. The price is no less than any 5 star hotel, but service is average. You can get a better deal, with other hotels around.

Worse Service Ever. Tasteless Food. Bad Service. Bad Payment Service. No Privacy In Rooms. Again And Again These People Disturb For Small Payments. Complaints are resolved but payments are taken Forcefully From Customers. Wont Recommend Anyone.
