    A very nice hotel with cozy rooms in South Mumbai...just opp to the Arabian Sea with lots of boats and yachts in there...Walking distance from the iconic Taj Hotel and Gateway of India..Nice place it is to be...

    Stayed here for 2 nights. It's location is enviable - right near Gateway of India. The rooms are decently sized. The service staff is very polite and ever-helping. We had numerous orders for room service and equally large orders at the restuarant - but they served every time with a smile. The food is very tasty and seems completely like home-cooked food. Bengalis especially wont have any problem with the food - that much I can vouch for!! Their masala chai was addictive.... Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

    Seedy run down & dilapidated 3 storey water front hotel. Noisy aircon. Rickety useless fridge. Dangerous electrics. Great but noisy location on seafront with view. Ok WiFi. Firm Comfortable bed. Cotton sheets. Enough towels. Hot water. Overall basic but functional. Probably good value for the location. But maybe worth spending more on overall better quality experience. Has great potential to become a quality boutique hotel.

    I hate to give bad reviews but this place needs to know it is not acceptable to provide rooms and service as it does and expect to get customers. The check in desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The wait staff stood waiting for tips after walking 10m with our bags. From running out of toilet paper to having to pay for drinking water to rubbish wifi. The list goes on from here. The only reason to stay here is that it’s close to the gateway to India and some restaurants.

    It's overcharged hotel with no facility.they will loot you. Room are very dirty, reception is of no use. Building is in very poor condition. They try to make you fool in every step.total waste of money.
