Best hotel with good price. very friendly staff. Reception guys are just dying to help the guests. I actually would like to visit this hotel again n again. Best food quality & you will feel like family here. awesome!!!!

I moved to the Ontime Hotel from the adjoining Vits hotel as had to stay back in Mumbai an extra night and could not extend my reservation in Vits. And boy am I glad I did. While hotel looks very unassuming from the outside, it's a completely different experience once you check in. What sets apart The Ontime Hotel is the staff, the warmth, away from the coldness of a normal hotel. The rooms are great with all the facilities thrown in as any 4 star hotel would. Clean comfortable beds, clean new linen which is necessarily changed everyday (not seen this in some 5 star hotels also), great room service etc etc. But what truly sets apart the hotel is the staff and their service (which is what i always look out for). the staff is extremely helpful and friendly whether customising our food or asking for extra towels in the middle of the night. Highly Recommend this place. I have already stayed here three times after the first time and look forward to going back again.

Decent hotel and rooms, close proximity to the Mumbai Airport, courteous staff. Slightly on the expensive side comparing the property and facilities available. Mosquitos and Linen issues were there. Some things could have been better and there is scope of improvement.

This hotel is located near Chakala metro and the location is the plus point for this hotel. The rooms are good but not the entrance. Breakfast served was also good. In-room dining item costs are also on a little higher side.
