    Excellent location accident food and beverage outlets and excellent room service housekeeping good hygiene cleanliness and access to shopping arcade nearby. We have been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years and the Taj hospitality is unmatched in India

    I recently stayed at the Taj President and had a wonderful experience of the service and hospitality of the staff. I would like to highlight and commend the excellent service provided by Ms. Kirti Kanojia. My daughter and her friends too stayed here at the same time and were so pleased with the courtesy and kindness of your staff, especially Ms. Kirti. The variety of food and cuisines, ambience and decor was great. I do look forward to returning back to this place when I visit Mumbai in the future. Congratulations on the wonderful staff and service at the Taj President!

    Your staff members are absolutely superb in their courtesy, kindness and thoughtfulness.     This hotel is near Colaba and close of stock exchange. Most of the offices are nearby to this hotel. The rooms are nicely built and the staff is really courteous. Breakfast served had number of options for vegetarians.

    Great people, which make the stay even comfortable. I really love to come back here, on my business trips at Mumbai The only thing I am not ok, is that my TIC points don't get updated post my stays.. Someone, please do something :)
