The nice hotel in Juhu, Mumbai & was wonderful to stay at. Stayed there for 4 days. Was a wonderful experience. Nice building just next to Beach. Evenings are more Romantic. High quality rooms and high-quality service. Overall nice confortable stay..

Had an excellent stay at Hotel Sea Princess. Nothing to crib or complaint. Haresh Malhotra was very courteous while booking the stay and ensured we got a good Sea View Luxury room. 6th Floor highly recommended. Hotel and room was clean and spacious. Room service was good. Special Thanks to Ganesh from Jeon 24 hr Cafe who took good care of Dinner responsibility. Suggested good dishes, was very courteous and had a Smile on his face inspite of the rush on Sunday evening. Buffet was superb and had good spread to choose from. Front Desk and Room Boy's were also very courteous. Few improvement Suggestions : 1) In today's Covid time, suggest replace Soaps with Handwash liquid in the bathroom. Much more hygienic especially when more than 1 guest stay in same room. 2) Customer's like me prefer reading newspaper with their Morning tea. Missed newspaper service as was told it's stopped by the hotel. 3) Suggest try and keep some complimentary cookies in the room. Good to have with tea. Overall happy with the stay. Definitely recommended.

Hotel staff are totally non cooperative. It took us more than 45 mins to check in. They have weird policies and try to rip any koney you have to enjoy your stay at Bombay. Best suggestion is never to stay at this Hotel. They are trying to recover all the money they lost due to covid from you.

Hello, I called up your spa yesterday and spoke to a gentleman in regards to the spa booking for today. After booking the spa slot fr 4pm for a couple treatment and upon enquiring on the pricing i told the spa receptionist about the discount that is mentioned on the website of yours 20% discount on Mondays between 8am until 9pm. The same was declined by the agent and he did not understand after telling him tat it is mentioned on the website. I feel this is not ethical. Today is my anniversary and i am surprising my partner but i feel its nt a good start.Attaching the screenshot for reference, hope the same will be honored what you guys have put up on the website.
