As we were booked by oyo. We were well acknowledged and assisted.Rooms were clean but temporary break down as it's understandable.Staff very helpful and breakfast every morning enjoyable.Thank you for taking care of the MSC Group.

Good hotel...the view was also nice ....service and food was awesum....my room was quiet attractive with a balcony view....hotel crowd was a bit not good...overall a relaxing place and in budget...had great tym

In MakeMytrip website this is listed as Hotel Orient Palace. But both are the same. Of all the budget hotels (Less than Rs.3000 per night) I've stayed in Mumbai, this one is the best. Pros: 1. Complimentary breakfast includes boiled eggs, chapati with curry, omlet, juice, bread with jam & butter - good enough for business travellers. 2. A/C which works :) 3. They give dental kit - which is very helpful for business travellers 4. Decently maintained room. Hardly any cons for the price you pay. Mobile signals are very weak inside the rooms, so you have to come till reception to make a voice call. Wi-fi is weak, which is expected in such hotels. The area is very congested & cab drivers get confused with this lane.

Hotel orient is good not better I would say.....But according to money I would say they charge little more than they give service........I went over here before 2 months for one night one day stat,, as I have to meet my client ,,, mg business deal was good but client was unhappy with my hotel ,the bathrooms are very small and even the rooms size as per money . . ..Good for low budget money

This hotel is a nightmare. We (2 girls from germany in age of 25) booked a room and when we got there, they told us that there is no space left for us. that there has been something wrong with the system, but that‘s not their problem, we had to talk to our booking website. It was almost midnight, first time in mumbai in the heat with all the luggage and because of a marathon in the city every hotel was full (and we were surrounded by the redlight district). they couldn‘t have cared less about our safety and where we would spend the night now - NO HELP AT ALL, RUDE AND UNPOLITE BEHAVIOR, LIES and one guy even pretended to call the police as we didn‘t leave the place to find a solution. It was rediculous. by the way there were other guests around who booked from other websites and had the same problem, so guess who caused a mistake here? in the end they ignored us, we managed by ourselves to find a location to stay, but seriously - this experience totally marked our trip and this place doesn‘t even deserve one star. go find any better ones with kind people and caring service and where they won‘t tell you lies like in HOTEL ORIENT.
