    We stayed in metro palace many time..very budget and value for money hotel..specially its located near hill road & linking road area..so good for who visit for shopping...near from bandstand..and view of this hotel is on corner of hill road...amazing hotel and good locality...i refer this hotel

    I enjoyed my stay with my family though it was business cum personal vacation. i recommend this hotel for the lovely location and nice and clean rooms. Not to forget the friendly staff who was very co-operative. The balcony in the rooms are really attractive as it is difficult to get rooms with balcony in Mumbai hotels.

    I stay in this hotel quite number of good time. One thing for sure that hotel is situated in prime location in Mumbai for which i may given them 5 of 5 for sure. Room size and hospitality is not up to the standard but yes acceptable.. Thanks

    The room was neat with basic amenities. Courteous staff who were well behaved. The biggest let down was the restaurant which needs a revamp with additional dishes too. The reception waiting area is also too small. But the hotel is centrally located with an awesome vegetarian restaurant close to it. Overall it is value for money.

    Had booked for a night halt and reached past mid night. Crammed locality. Rooms not at all aired.Filthy bed/linen. Was crawling with some insects. Did not seem to be bedbugs.Disinterested, unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Checked out without breakfast since it is served only at 8 AM or so and the staff didn't care .
