Bawa Continental

First , I have to appreciate the management for their best administration and selection of staffs ( right from security, house keeping, bell boys, room service till the Front office executives, especially Mr.Ameya who took care with all norms of hospitality and he upgraded my room twice, first day he allotted a room of Rajadthani Theme which was awesome and I felt as if am at some Jaipur Palace,second day I was allotted with an wonderful room with Zen Theme. Awesome experience with a spread of positivity. I stayed in most of the top star properties than this category but I feel and felt this with positive energy. Even though renovation work in place, lift service needed quiet attention but everything I felt heart warming and happy here.

Good location awesome staff really had great stay specially Mr ameya and hole team Schin in F&B rest Mr Lalit and Mr Jagdish also Percival thanks to house keeping as well thumbs up team Bawa continental

It was an amazing experience with Ameya & team going out of the way to make our stay memorable. Best customer service & excellent work. Keep it up! Everything was top grade & we would love to visit again.

Had a lovely stay at Bawa Continental, this was the second time we stayed only because of the excellent staff and comfort of stay. Special mention of Ameya from Front Desk. He is very helpful and always smiling. Would also like to thank staff Lalit, Jagdish from the from the front desk and Sachin, Shetty and Shreyas from the room service staff for there hospitality. Thank You!! Would surely visit soon again!!

The hotel had an automatic curtain raiser and tech enabled buttons to turn off lights and fans which we found very impressive. But it lacked very basic amenities like comfortable bed and housekeeping services. The high point was when we asked for a plate and they said it would cost us 150 rs for a plate!! Room service took forever to pick the call and we had to follow up multiple times to get our fridge fixed. The rooms are terribly small. Overall quiet below par services for the prices we pay. I haven't stayed in any other bawa hotels but this was a big turn off. The good thing was they allowed us early check in for which we had confirmed a day before but only afer making us wait for 45 mins. We are ok moving ourself and pressing few buttons to turn off our lights, but basic services like comfortable bed and prompt room services can't be compromised. That's the crux of hospitality industry, a Good customer care service!
