The room I stayed in was impressive. It was luxurious, clean and the view from the bedroom was incredible. The roof terrace also had an incredible view and was nice to watch the sunset from. Staff were also really kind and were great accommodating for gluten free, food was also very nice. Hotel is also very close (within walking distance) to many stalls and the gateway to India. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Godwin hotel and I hope to visit again soon.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Godwin during the stay in 2nd week of March 2021. Hotel staff were prompt in providing early breakfast, issues with Air conditioning, etc. Room was upgraded that had more space, massage chair at no additional cost. Hotel room cost was provided with discounts compared to online price when stay was extended.

Great hotel in the heart of where you need to be, fantastic views from the roof top bar, the room was a Super Deluxe Room, very modern and a lovely walk in shower bathroom. dont be put of by the negative reviews, the breakfast caters mainly for Indians, after all you are in India, the staff looked after us well, Mr Singh on reseption is such a gentleman and will ensure your stay is a nice one.

We went for a party on rooftop no doubt the place is good but the staff is pathetic. No manner untrained just like road side loofers even if you complaint management won't do anything no feedback policy so no improvement I will strongly suggest if you going with u partner or with family than please donot.

The hotel is in an amazing location, with an amazing view of the Taj, however that is where it ends... Rooms are filthy, there are marks all over the walls. Our bedsheets looked they they were stained with blood. It took room service about 40 minutes to come and change the linen. The reception put the phone down on me while I was explaining the problem with the linen. The staff are only interested in tips and will awkwardly wait in your room until they are tipped. 3 to 4 of the staff members will wait for tips while only one has actually done any work. The reception desk are very uninterested in helping out, and have a don't care attitude. Keep in mind that on bookings.com they are rated as a 4star hotel while on Agoda they are rated as a 3 star hotel (3 star betting their actual rating). I showed this to the reception desk upon leaving and they didn't care much, muttering the words "that is not us". We didn't even bother with the breakfast after we saw how filthy the hotel is...
