Bawa Suites

Review - I have been staying with Bawa for over two years now. Their Frontline Manager Mr Suresh is very kind & welcoming. The quality of food is awesome be it any cuisine - Quick service. The rooms are spacious - Deluxe & Thematic (Has a Bathtub). Decent size TV supports HDMI. The refrigerator is bigger than mini fridges hotels offer. Prime Location - Consider yourself in the center of bandra be it for food or for shopping. Room cleaning is thorough - Great staff. Tips - Call Bawa Suites directly if you need better rates.

Ambience & Location is perfect… Staff is friendly and very helpful especially Mr Suresh on the front desk has been very kind and polite… Breakfast menu is great as well… It’s at prime location and budget friendly

This boutique hotel with just over 20 rooms has won my heart after just a day's stay. The staff was really warm and positive and the rooms are well kempt. And to be located bang on linking road is just crazy. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Mumbai city, then Bawa is definitely one of the the best options available out there.

On a recent trip landed at Bawa suites for approx 6 days as I wanted to self quarantine. There was no forcing.. I just though of protecting people at home.. I can't say much cons..nothing infact. Service was fantastic. Front desk Mr Suresh took care of everything. It was like staying at home. Wifi great. Food was amazing...am a veg though...can't comment on chik n stuff. But if veg is good all should be. Not many cook veg good? The best part I like was the breakfast....I loved it. Everyday the menu changes for breakfast. Landry service was good. Baths were clean. Hot water thru the nite. I am a bandra person..grew up there. Had always seen the hotel..never had a need to stay in a hotel in my home town before now...so was little apprehensive. But I know where to stay if I need to on my next visit. Maybe book in advance to get any room choices or any specifics of multiple rooms so they not sold. I would definitely stay again. There was some construction going on for a new restaurant...would luv to see how that shapes up. The hotel has a friendly vibe. Includes all at front desk...bell boys..waiters and also kitchen staff. Have been a chain smoker...Includes getting me a pack or 2 of Marlboroughs at 1am at nite. Who does this?? A 5 star does... Take a hike? Forget that...what goes with smoke..coffee?. Getting hot coffee into the night...wow. Anyways take your time to talk to Mr Suresh....if you need anything or face any issues. He will have it addressed...am sure. The hotel seems in high demand...I went to extend the stay and it was sold out. If service is not great why would a hotel sell out. The rooms were clean. And all covid protocols were being followed which was reassuring. After staying at Bawa suites I don't have a problem staying at any of the Bawa hotels. But just for good order I would still do my booking thru Mr Suresh who seems to have spent an eternity working there. Good luck on anyone who reads this n decides to stay. Am not one who typically leaves reviews but thought this deserves one as it felt like staying at home.. Cheers. BTW they gave me laundry service after I had checked out..beat that?

Nice little hotel, recommended by a local business contact. The room is nice, fully equipped, very clean. The staff is friendly. Limited breakfast buffet, which only starts around 8:30. The Indian breakfast is good, the rest is so so. My big complaint is that there is no real coffee at breakfast only that horrible instant coffee. A pot of filter coffee is really not that expensive to add in the breakfast deal. Yesterday I asked a double espresso. After waiting for ages, I got a cold instant coffee. As if I would not notice. They had to wait for a female staff member to make a proper espresso, which was barely warm. Not the morning experience I like. I need my coffee very badly in the morning!! I can't remember one country (I've travelled lots) where I could not get a cup of brewed coffee in the morning. This is Mumbai, an international city, with coffee shops on every corner of the street.
