    A big thank you to Adil and team for not only accommodating us on short Notice when we decided to extend our trip in Mumbai from business to pleasure but also going out of his way to arrange driver to drop off mobile phone and bank cards that we mistakenly left in the room. When we realized that it was forgotten and managed to get access to wifi; Adil had already tried to contact us 3 times. On return of the call; he made necessarily arrangements with driver to drop off the contents. All that whilst struggling to connect with us.. a big thank you from us in Cape Town South Africa. Will definitely refer you for any future business.

    Stayed at the Suba Palace for 3 nights. Can’t fault the place. Ideally located, 5 minute walk to the Gateway of India. Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast & surprising quiet. If I come back to Mumbai I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    It was a wonderful experience of being at suba palace. Front office staff is very cooperative. The food is also very tasty. Chef is also very nice who prepares customized food. The hotel is near by to Gateway of India. And even Colaba Market is just at a walking distance. Overall experience of stay has been pleasant.

    This has to be the best hotel in Mumbai,the staff are fantastic and kind the location unbelievable food fantastic breakfast superb room service food excellent. You will not regret booking your stay here.

    It's a very nice hotel at good location near Gate way of India and Nariman point in the City of Mumbai. Complimentary buffet breakfast is worth mentioning. Service is good. However, the lift is old and space of room not adequate. We stayed at the hotel on and from 11 -13 March, 2022.
