Good hotel staf is helpfull nice room good service like home feeling nice area silent place I like this hotel more time visit this hotel upper room so good with tup bath big bathroom and big room i like tha room

This is an average place to stay. Rooms and washrooms were of okay size but needs proper maintenance. Service was poor and there is lot of scope in service improvement. Food was average. Can be stayed if not other option is available.

This is not a hotel somebody has listed his flat as a hotel property. Information on the booking.com is misleading. I don't understand, does booking.com verify anything before listing this kind of properties. Horrible hotel room, very dirty rooms/bathroom. Sewage drains of the bathroom is open for view. They are dumping the dustbin to the cupboard inside bathroom. Mosquitos, due to unheignic environment, dirty linens and towels. Staffs behavior is very rude. They think this is their private property not hotel. Manager do not care about this. They are demanding GST of 5% for card payment. Whereas the bill is inclusive of 12% GST as mentioned in booking.com. Because they want only cash no card payments. I did not have the breakfast after seeing the condition of this property. I just woke up in the morning, paid and left the property. Price they are charging for this railway dormitory like property with 1900 which is too high. Even it should not be listed as a booking option. I request booking.com to de-list this property, so that others should not face this kind of horrible situation.

This place is awful. Washroom was disgusting, staff were very unkind and location is poor. The address/location on booking.com is not correct as they have moved. The staircase had no banister. The management made the experience very stressful. I would highly advise to avoid this place at all costs. If you want to stay in Mumbai, go south Mumbai near Gateway of India.
