Hi, The Hotel has some Peculiar Issues:- 1. You have to submit your Room Key at the Reception everyday to get your Room Cleaned. 2. The HOUSE KEEPING is very POOR. Something or the other doesn't work in your room like Cable TV or Wifi. Complaints at the Reception require a LOT OF FOLLOW-UPS to get them addressed. 3. Reception is at 3rd Floor while most Rooms are on 2nd Floor. It's very painful to keep going to the Reception for House Keeping or collecting Buffet Breakfast Coupons or for any other issues. 4. The Staff at Reception is VERY RIGID when it comes to Checkout Time. 5. The Room Charges are quite expensive. 6. Bathrooms are SMELLY even after Housekeeping has cleaned your Room. Good Points about the Hotel:- 1. Rooms are Big 2. Location is very Good in Chembur Area 3. Their Restaurant, Maharana Kamath, is Pure Veg and serves excellent food at damn cheap prices

They have parking space for max four cars,therefore it is best to be without your car,as it is impossible to park on the main road. Rooms are clean,and staff helpful. I must say the serving utensils used like the ice box extra are not up to the mark,or rather not value for money charged.

Situated on the Chembur main road. Too much noise and dust and traffic due to Metro Rail work. There were cockroach in the room right in the mini fridge cabinet. We have not used the fridge even once. The rooms , bed, furniture and all other upholstery was old and in a very bad condition. Rate is very high compared to the quality. Saving grace is only the restaurant down below Kamat. That is very good. Some of the staff members are really nice and helpful. However all the managers are really unprofessional and ill informed.

Not suitable for family, only the name says its Maharana Inn but actually its a chawl like flat system in a building. Not suitable for family. I paid the advance amount and money was not refunded. Better to spend extra and find a good place.

The room and toilet were super dirty. The room was extremely small with no window and smelly. I was even bitten by the bed buds. The breakfast place were extremely unhygienic. The worst hotel I ever stayed in Mumbai. Please do avoid at all cause.
