    We had an amazing stay in ITC Maratha. To be frank in the last 4 years i have stayed in couple of ITC properties. ITC Maratha surely bags the top spot for me. The staff was extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The interiors of the hotel are very clean. We were really happy with the different cuisines available in the restaurant. The food taste was really delicious. I would like to mention the name of Urvashi as she was extremely polite and helpful. She has an amazing personality and she really made us feel comfortable during our stay. Kudos to ITC Maratha for everything !!

    As always, a great experience at ITC Maratha. Would want to acknowledge Ajay at the gate for his help. Made our exit smooth…we had so much luggage to ferry. He was polite and saw us off with a big smile.

    Stayed in ITC Maratha for a few days lovely stay. Hospitality was great Ms Mansi helped to throughout my stay. We were in Mumbai for a tour. Ms Druvi was very helpful and courteous. Felt pampered and luxurious throughout the stay. Will surely recommend to friends and family.

    The stay at ITC maratha was just amazing !! Loved every moment there. The best hotel in town. Super luxurious along with the most calming atmosphere. Extremely courteous and polite staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone to wants to stay for any type of visit.

    Overall hospitality was great, but among all friendly staff of this fab hotel, taslim sheikh stud out as she went out of her way to help my daughter find medical help, all hospitality staff should be like her , we are returning back as a happy family like one should after a vacation because of this hotel and people like taslim
