I stayed with my family here for two nights. The hotel is centrally placed along the marine drive many major tourist destinations be it the gateway of India, crawford market are at stones' throw. The hospitality of th staff is absolutely brilliant. The breakfast is good. Had a lovely stay at the place. Its 10/10. Nasheem Amin,Mangaldoi,ASSAM.

The things I liked about the hotel 1. Top location! One cannot get better location than this. Just cross the street and you are at the sea. Wankhede stadium is next door 2. Good people! Both reception and housekeeping are so helpful, so polite, so accommodating. We stayed in Milestone Suit (Room 114) 3. Airport transfer can be arranged at Rs. 800 for AC car 4. Loved the decor of the hotel. Loved the many mirrors in the room, in the corridor, the French windows, the reclining chair and the paintings in the room and the corridor 5. Liked the masala omelette and the milk tea for breakfast 6. Overall very clean, nice place. Thank you Bentley Hotel

The good: Amazing staff, very nice to me as a foreigner. They helped with all the bags etc. Thanks Gunesh from Nepal and the others. The rooms were good for the price. This hotel is run by a group of senior men, so it very obvious the high discipline they have in taking care of their hotel. I noticed the guest were mostly Indian business people. The breakfast was super simple, served in-room. For such a small hotel, it was surprising how many staff were available 24/24, well done. There is a lift to go on the 3rd Floor. The hotel is situated on Marine Drive, which means fresh air, and less noise pollution. No shops nearby, need to walk 10mins to reach anything. Taxis always available in front of the hotel or on the main road. Cross the road and you are on marine drive, which means all night long you can get chaii and massages. Beware, the police vacates marine drive at 1am. The Bad: The only reason I am not giving the hotel a score of 5 is because of the building. The hotel is situated in an old residential building. The building is badly maintained, in fact, there is a big warning notice on the gate which says to be careful of falling bricks. At first I felt scared, but then I noticed the other tenants of the building are rich important-looking Indians who drive Mercedes'es. So I am not sure why they are not caring of their residential building. Honestly I was wary of the building integrity - like it could collapse anytime! Secondly, they badly need to soundproof the room doors, I could hear everything at 7am!

The location of this hotel is superb. The staffs and security guard are very helpful and polite. We stayed here for one night and everything was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was very well served. They also have two separate machine for foot and back massage. Really enjoyed our stay in Mumbai. thank you.

Location of the hotel is the best part. It is right along side Marine drive. Courteous staff. Only disadvantage is no restaurant. However complementary breakfast is available with minimum options. Overall good choice for staying at Churchgate.
