    Each year when we visit Mumbai, we chose this place🙂Because we are a large group, almost 20 people, it's really a great job they did to meet our needs and gave us good a warm and comfortable place to live. Each time we came back to hotel Ocean residency tired, we got warm smiles from Joyce and Sikander. And it really heals😇 Thank hotel Ocean residency giving us this chance to come and have beautiful memories here😊 每一年，我們總會回來孟買這個地方，好像是一種不用言明的默契，我們總會選擇Ocean，這裡已經承載了我們六年的回憶，也將持續下去：） 很喜歡和這邊的老闆還有老闆娘聊天，老闆很幽默風趣，總愛和我們開玩笑，老闆娘像是我們的媽媽一樣，總是對我們露出溫暖的微笑，在我們拖著疲憊的步伐回來時，她溫暖的微笑總讓我們有一種回家的感覺。 約定好了，之後一定還會再回來這個地方的😊

    The hotel staffs are awesome and the bed was very comfy to stay. I had to travel in morning 4am and they gave me wakeup call with breakfast at 2:30 am in morning which i never saw any hotel did, that shows how good they treat there client
  • Simple Hotel with decent rooms

    I and my son stayed in this hotel on 27,28.29 December 2018. The entrance of this hotel is not good. The reception is average. The passage to the rooms is just like as in government Flats. But the rooms are good with all basic desired facilities like AC, TV , good bathroom, clean linen , wardrobe, table and chairs. So if you are looking for a clean and comfortable room this hotel can be a good choice. I do not know anything about the breakfast as I did not opt for it.

    Firstly, this hotel is in Andheri West Market road and NOT in Navi Mumbai. Good hotel for business travellers and that too only men. Deluxe rooms are so small that they end where they start. Paying Rs. 2200 per night for such small room is over-priced. They don't provide complimentary water bottle, instead charge Rs. 50 for a 1-litre water bottle. I didn't like the service in this hotel - quite slack. Air-conditioning doesn't work, its switched on only for formality sake. So all-in-all, its a business traveller's hotel.

    First of all, this hotel is in Andheri West near Amboli Subway. Which is really crowded area with many butcher shops and slums. Pros: - Front desk executives are really friendly and supportive - Near Andheri Station Cons: - Stinking Stairs - Improper attire of Service guys - Weak Wifi - Small rooms - Less varieties for In room dining - Poor Locality - Almost no toiletries present in washrooms
