  • Great Hotel for Visitors to Mumbai near Airport

    I have been staying at the JW Marriott since 2015 and again had the opportunity to stay 4 nights here. As usual the room was immaculate, staff extra friendly - in fact I know many of them personally, from Bell desk to Housekeeping and front desk. It is always a pleasure to stay here whenever I am in Mumbai. This time was very special in that I got to host a dinner for my classmates from BHU at the JW Café. Mr. Guneet Singh, Manger of JW Café along with his team was extra helpful in making sure that everything was perfect for the 12 of us to make this get together after 36 years very memorable. F&B was excellent and the service was superb. Thank you all.

    We stayed here for about half a day arriving at around 3 pm and departing at 1 am , as we were catching an early morning international flight. We had an early dinner at the coffee shop around 7 pm and then slept till it was time to leave for the airport. The location is just 5-10 mins drive from the airport. The service was as expected of a JW Marriott property. The rooms are large and well fitted. Since we left early we couldn’t sample the breakfast which was part of package

    Hotel arranged to pick me up at the airport & got me into my comfy bed in no time when i arrived at 1:30am. Great facility, great room and comfort. And great dining the next day before I went on with my journey. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting India.

    Wonderful property, amazing rooms, brilliant service and scrumptious food! The staff steps forward at every occasion to take care of you on all fronts. Especially Abhishek Mariappan, the associate front desk personnel who have us a complimentary upgrade considering we were newly wed. His guest handling and service skills are exceptional!
