During my visit to Mumbai February 2022 I had stayed at grand residency for almost three weeks. It was a pleasant and very comfortable stay, from door man to admin staff and staff and management were extremely professional, polite and friendly. The hotel location is great close to great restaurants and shopping areas. 5 mins walk from the hotel is great park. Each room even has a great balconies, it’s best to keep the balcony door shut after sunset as it lets in mosquitoes. In future if I visit Mumbai I will choose to stay at this same hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Yaver alarakhia

I had been to mumbai especially to visit Mount Mary Church and as I had brought my mom and aunt I thought of having a stay there for a day and also roam around the place so I just googled for available Hotels and Grand Residency was available and as I had read the reviews so with that I thought of booking the hotel. I called on the number given and spoke with Mr.Tariq The General Manager and informed him I will be reaching around 8-9am so he said the usual check in time is 2pm yet he will make some arrangements when I reach. So the day I reached at the said time that is 9pm, Mr. Tariq was kind enough arrange for a 1BHK Apt there itself and check in immediately. The Door Man was so kind and each time he greeted with a big smile and happily to us that made us feel awesome. The entire staff was very kind and generous throughout the time we had our stay..Cheers to you all. Thank you to all of you. Highly recommend this hotel ☺☺

My mother passed away, quite suddenly, on Feb 26, 2020 and several members of our family traveled to Mumbai for her funeral. Since we were a few of us, we decided to stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service, the variety of food, cleanliness and most importantly, the affable staff. With the funeral over and most of the family returning to their homes abroad, my husband and I had the choice to move out of the hotel and into Mum's apartment for the remaining week's stay in India. However, with the outbreak of Covid-19 and the ensuing 21 day lock-down issued by the Indian Govt., we became one of the thousands of stranded Canadians in India and nevertheless, decided to continue staying at the hotel. Although this didn't appear to be the most economic choice, our decision to continue to stay at the hotel was based on the facts that we were safe & isolated, comfortable and cared for by the friendly and efficient staff. In particular, we would like to especially thank Tariq Chaudhari, the Gen. Manager of the hotel for being so kind to us. Our gratitude is also extended to all staff who were ever so polite and courteous, and helped make Grand Residency our "home" for almost 7 weeks. We were finally able to return to our home in Vancouver BC, Canada after the Canadian govt. organized rescue flights. On our next visit to Mumbai, we will most definitely stay at the Grand Residency.

The hotel is quite good in terms of general maintenance and location could not have been better, considering it’s located in the heart of Bandra. I booked it for a friend who was visiting and it worked out quite well. Safety precautions were quite good too, just found it bit costly though for similarly situated hotels.

We had taken the one bedroom kitchen apartment and it was very nice clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony which overlooked the street. We cannot comment on the food and beverage part or the service part because The hotel was short staffed during our stay due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions. The location is quite convenient and has a grocery store right opposite. Definitely recommended for anybody who wishes to have an apartment feel stay.
