Fantabulous area/ location. Old hotel with no serious interest in customer. Surviving just on the base of location which is just amazing. Near the beach, in the heart of Mumbai. Overall if you are on business and just looking to night stopover at great location with absolutely no expectation regarding service or anything it is excellent place for you. For me it was great experience because I can visit ISKCON temple and Juhu beach in whatever time I have during my stay. Even shampoo was not present in shower. I believe at 3.5k(through ibibo) you cant get better than this in Juhu area. Also, those cheap OYO's in some commercial building are extremely unpleasant anyway at this price point. This hotel provided a basic breakfast which was good enough and not bad for its price. All in all i will surely stay here again when atleast on business.

This is a small budgeted hotel located in prime location . That’s the only good point about this hotel .the hotel has no concept of lobby it’s like a reception counter and you enter the hotel which has small rooms . Basic business hotel with bear minimum facilities,that’s acceptable but the staff is not very cooperative n trained . Worst there is NO VALET parking, how on earth does one find parking in the juhu lane where the hotel is located . So if you are travelling by your own vehicle there is no place provided by hotel to park your car . To top to that the security guy at the gate is extremely rude . Just a feel good factor that I stayed at a hotel located in Juhu otherwise quite a let down

Omg Please this was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in Unfriendly staff Dirty hotel Dirty room Dirty sanitary I was afraid fire would break out I actually emailed booking and emailed them the photos of this hotel. What you see on the pictures online is not what I got!!!

Booked the stay for my quarantine after landing at mumbai airport for 7days and the worst choice it's not even 3star standard no proper hygiene no cleaning and old hotel and much needed renovation as it looks like it's not a hotel it's a woren out building when you come inside C/I is taken by security and no proper reception desk and none of the staff worried about the request given it takes more than 3hrs for things to be delivered no proper training given to them and wifi is a big headache as most of the time its not working and no one care when you informed them. How are they giving permission for such places to be quarantine centres as people are quarantine here and freely roaming around the hotel and no social distancing done. The food provided with the package is almost the same throughout the stay. I believe the management is well informed about it and still no precautions have been taken. Much better places available only thing was good is the location If your visiting for a layover sleep it's fine at the price and dont except any service from the hotel in return.

We had the misfortune to be accommodated here overnite by Air India after a flight mixup. The rooms were old, dilapidated & smelly with ill fitting blinds & cupboards. Staff were equally as bad, disinterested, rude. I think they realised we were via Air India so it didn’t matter, they’d get paid. The whole place was, in fact, creepy & all night there was noise of plates smashing or renovation or whatever??? Do yourself a favour & .... don’t go!
