    Location is very good nearby airport. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative and supportive. Breakfast and luch was very delicious. I went there for business purpose and i was fully sastisfied with the service of oyo.love you oyo

    All of you out there looking for inexpensive deals near Andheri east area, go grab this deal. The rooms are adequately lit and well maintained and are quite spacious per say. The food served as part of the buffet routine that they manage is well acceptable, don't expect much though. The facilities are okay considering the price range in which they operate. Overall the stay is typical OYO. Good wifi, good facilities, Inexpensive. Recommended.!

    I have stayed at Oyo Rooms all across India. Most of them have excellent service, excellent pricing and set standards. This is one of the "average" Oyo Rooms that I have seen. The rooms are very small, the service is mediocre and the people who own it or drive this hotel need to really, really work hard. Pretty small things, the hotel does not have enough trays and due to that the breakfast that they serve you complimentary will be delayed. Or they will want the tray back because they have to serve another customer. How mediocre is that. The bathroom is so small that you can only spread one arm. The width would be about 2.5 feet. My suggestion to Oyo, don't give your place to those who cannot match the brand. Your brand will take a hit.

    I stayed here from 01 July till 14 July 2018 and the experience wasn't good. The room was satisfactory but the customer service was pathetic. Staff is rude, don't listen to the orders and goof up. Guest who is staying for 14 days should be given exceptional service but they didn't bothered. Even bathroom was not cleaned daily. So make sure if you staying for longer ask them to do daily cleaning and linen change. I did that but still they goofed on bathroom cleaning. On my last day, morning breakfast wasn't served even after waiting for 90 minutes. When asked they said it was delivered in other room. The only good about hotel is good food taste. Breakfast if complimentary in your package will be served but very less quantity and sometimes cold.

    The staff is one of the worst you’ll ever come across. They are rude, they’re grumpy, the rooms are unclean and just a simple thing of checking in will take hours. If there was an award of the worst hotel then this one will win hands down. Whether you’re a solo traveler who or traveling with family or friends, they don’t give a toss about you. All they want is money. Avoid it. Even if they give you discounts or let you stay for free, avoid it. Not worth the hassle.
