    When it comes to cleanliness, this is the hotel you should opt for! Located in the heart of Fort, The rooms were very clean, Very welcoming atmosphere with Wonderful staffs mainly Gaurav who was there for every need of us. He was delightful and eager to help knowing how to treat a customer, as we say 'service with a smile' unlike some other employees. Also Mr Nasrullah who has been very kind to us, checking if we're having any issue and ready to solve anything we might face. Such a delightful person and exceptional service from him. And Lastly Mr Asgar Ali in the restaurant always giving us good recommendations and eager to help! The Restaurant 'It's Lucknowi' got the most yummiest food and you need to check them out asap. HIGHLY recommend!

    Initially we went to its lucknowi for dinner that is just next to the hotel and management being same... tried their delicacies also happened to check their room' and i should stay rooms are clean upto the mark and very resonably prices had lot of foreigners

    One of the best budget hotel at fort..easy accessible to all tourist places , gateway of India CST station stock market fort market, corporate area crawford market, best staff clean rooms and a lovely restaurant

    Good budgeted hotel near to the Fort area of mumbai,Clean rooms ,though not very spacious ,the bathroom is bit clumsy and small.The property looks new need to maintain it througout.Very Limited room service breakfast menu doesn't cover few of the basic breakfast items as the standard hotels follows. Good lighting ,AC works well,supply and linens are OK,mini bar fridge works well,TV shows few as usual basic channels,which were non of my interest,my kids enjoyed cartoons--thanks. The mattress are extra comfortable,I had a comfortable sleep. Reception staff on the check-in day(early morning) ---Knows how a service industry works and was polite and very courteous,if groomed will become a good hotelier ----from a hotelier point of veiw,

    I stayed at Hotel Lords for four nights. Clean and spacious room - good breakfast service and fridge in room. Only criticism was that my room was not cleaned on a couple of occasions despite requesting this.
