I came from Ghana and searching for accommodation for 2 night and I found hotel staff Mr. Santosh who given good rate and give me good room..... Location was very good and nice room and airport location.... He helped me lot... Will be visit next time

Excellent service. We stayed here on arrival to Mumbai (awaiting our domestic connection) and then on our way back home. Easy check in, excellent service, reasonable quality rooms, good beds and showers. Cannot fault it. Good breakfast, limited options but all in all can’t complain. A bit pricy for a few hours stay but the convenience is well worth it. Incredible to just wake up and head to level 4 for check in. Located in T2 (international terminal). If awaiting domestic connections, be mindful that your connecting flight might be from T1 (which is a different terminal and you’ll need to make arrangements and allow time to get there, via taxi I think).

Excellent service! The staff (specifically Majid) was very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me, even helped me find my lost baggage. The place is well kept but the staff is superb!

I travelled to Mumbai and had to stay overnight on airport hotel due to delayed flight. I had pre-booked at Niranta speaking several times with them on phone. They guided me very well on the phone and all the bookings were made online. When I arrived I had no local cellphone network access but right after the customs there were great direction boards for the Niranta Hotels at every step. As I checked in late at night I was nicely greeted by Aamir and Shreyas, and they assisted me with all my queries at night with patience. They also offered a wake up call as well as breakfast reminder call which was greatly appreciated due to jetlag! The rooms are clean and the stay was quite relaxing for me. I had some urgent printing needs so Deeprani assisted me on those which was complimentary. Abhijeet helped me out for check out and patiently answered all my questions. He also helped me with wifi post checkout and assisted me until my ride arrived. Overall, Niranta is a great stay to have for connecting flights or if you need an overnight stay. I highly recommend.
